• All products listed are handcrafted or curated with care.
•  Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Orders once placed cannot be modified.
• RWFM reserves the right to cancel any order in case of errors or unforeseen issues.

Refund Policy

At RWFM, we currently do not offer refunds as most of our items are handmade or madeto-order. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof, and we will assist you with a replacement or credit.

Shipping Policy

• We ship across India via trusted courier partners.
•  Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
• Delivery usually takes 5–10 working days, depending on your location.
• You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

Your privacy is important to us.

• We collect minimal personal data to process your order (name, address,

• We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
•  Payments are processed securely through our trusted payment gateway.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them by emailing us at

• After 12 hours, orders go into processing and cannot be cancelled.
• Custom-made items cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

2. Enter your Order ID and Registered Email/Phone Number.
3. Click “Track” to view real-time shipping updates.
