At Roze Wood Floret Merchandise, we carefully pack and inspect every product before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we are here to help.

Replacement for Damaged or Defective Products

Refunds and returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products. And If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited within 4 to 5 business days. If the product you receive is damaged or defective, you can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.

To process your replacement request, please follow these steps:

  1. Take clear images of the damaged or defective product.
  2. Record a complete unboxing video showing the package and the product condition.
  3. Send the images and unboxing video on our WhatsApp number.

Replacement Process

Once the issue is verified by our team within maximum 24 hours.

  • A replacement product will be shipped immediately.
  • The replacement order will usually be delivered within 3 to 5 working days, depending on your location.

Important Notes

  • Replacement or Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Unboxing video is required to verify the condition of the product at the time of delivery.
  • Requests without proper images or video may not be eligible for replacement.
