Replacement for Damaged or Defective Products
Refunds and returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products. And If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited within 4 to 5 business days. If the product you receive is damaged or defective, you can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
To process your replacement request, please follow these steps:
- Take clear images of the damaged or defective product.
- Record a complete unboxing video showing the package and the product condition.
- Send the images and unboxing video on our WhatsApp number.

Replacement Process
Once the issue is verified by our team within maximum 24 hours.
- A replacement product will be shipped immediately.
- The replacement order will usually be delivered within 3 to 5 working days, depending on your location.
Important Notes
- Replacement or Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Unboxing video is required to verify the condition of the product at the time of delivery.
- Requests without proper images or video may not be eligible for replacement.
